Fresenius Medical Care in Madrid seeks a Senior Pricing Excellence Manager to drive global pricing strategies and governance. You will translate analytics into actionable pricing policies and work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regions to maximize profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in pricing or revenue management in MedTech/healthcare, strong governance experience, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or similar functions, ideally in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or complex B2B.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies, discount frameworks, governance models with measurable results.
• Experience managing pricing across multiple markets with analytics to drive actions and improve realization.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to drive adoption and execution.
• Deep knowledge of pricing strategy, commercial excellence, profitability management, revenue optimization, and discount structures.
• Experienced in using pricing, analytics, CRM, ERP, financial, and reporting tools (Power BI) to support decision-making.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement global pricing strategies, guardrails, and commercial frameworks to drive profitable growth.
• Translate pricing analytics, market insights, and customer value into actionable policies.
• Establish and optimize pricing, discount, rebate, and gross-to-net frameworks to improve price realization.
• Ensure pricing governance, compliance, and policy execution across markets.
• Lead annual pricing reviews, target setting, and price realization management.
• Identify pricing opportunities through analysis of price dispersion, leakage, renewals, and trends.
• Support deal reviews, contract negotiations, and pricing interventions to drive value.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to maximize pricing impact.
• Build pricing capabilities, tools, and best-practice sharing to mature pricing practices.
• Promote pricing excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
