A leading global mobility solutions company is seeking a proactive Global PMO Technician in Barcelona. This role involves supporting project management processes, demand management, and financial reporting. Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as Global PMO Technician. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of project management processes across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Finance, Technology team members, and other stakeholders to support demand management, time tracking, financial reporting, and project follow-up.

Responsibilities
  • Support demand management processes across global initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and tracking employee time allocation.
  • Coordinate monthly updates with Project Managers to ensure accurate project status reporting.
  • Facilitate the transfer of time tracking data from internal tools to SAP for financial reporting.
  • Draft meeting minutes and other project-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • High proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy; ability to engage with all levels of the organization—from interns to the CEO.
  • Methodical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles (PMP or similar certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity.
Valuable Additional Experience :
  • Knowledge of the road transportation sector, particularly Tolling.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
  • Experience with project tracking and resource management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.
