Formación

• 10+ years of IT and digital transformation experience.
• Experience leading global PLM transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of PLM-to-Manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage third-party providers on a global scale.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 principles.
• Strong communication skills and multicultural collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global PLM strategy and execution.
• Integrate PLM with ERP, MES, and downstream systems.
• Champion Digital Thread and enhance traceability.
• Optimize cross-functional processes using Lean and Six Sigma.
