Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a seasoned People Communications Manager to shape internal messaging and drive engagement across a global workforce. You will partner with HR and leadership to tell stories that reinforce the people strategy, lead high-impact campaigns, and advise senior leaders on effective communication approaches.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of experience in internal/corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields.
• Ability to partner with HR/People to deliver people-focused communications.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling across multiple formats and channels.
• Proven success leading multi-channel communication campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong ability to advise and influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver strategic messaging that supports the people agenda and business objectives.
• Create engaging content (articles, presentations, speeches, videos, newsletters, intranet, leadership communications).
• Lead end-to-end campaigns from planning to measurement.
• Partner with People and Leadership teams to communicate initiatives and priorities effectively.
• Act as the communications lead for major people-related events and programs.
• Ensure content accuracy and relevance across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal partners to produce high-quality materials.
• Identify innovative approaches to improve employee engagement.
