A global healthcare company in Sant Cugat del Vallès is looking for an Organizational Development & People Strategy Senior Manager to shape organizational strategies and drive people initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in Organizational Development and strategic HR roles and holds a relevant degree. This position offers a hybrid work model and aims to improve organizational effectiveness and development.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, People Strategy or related areas.
  • Proven experience driving organizational design and transformation initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Experience working in or with Centers of Excellence or OD Consultancy firms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance organizational effectiveness frameworks.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness.
  • Support large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner for the HR Leadership Team.

Conocimientos

Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication
Facilitation skills
Influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Proficient level in English

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field
