We’re looking for a strong all‑rounder who connects communication, data, and operational structure.

In this role, you will work as part of a team and shape how we communicate critical operational alerts, guide global requests, and evolve our communication model to ensure it works across the entire network. You should be comfortable challenging existing approaches while continuously strengthening how information is managed and shared.

What You’ll Do

• Own global operational alert communication—ensuring clarity, consistency, and enablement of timely and effective decision‑making across the network.
• Act as a central coordination point for global requests—reviewing, guiding, structuring consistent responses across all of our offices.
• Shape and continuously improve how we communicate across the global network.
• Drive alignment across functions and regions on standards, priorities, and messaging.
• Enable execution through structured content and tools (e.g., SharePoint, templates, content organization).
• Contribute as an SME to projects and initiatives, bringing solution‑oriented thinking and hands‑on execution.

• Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred).
• Strong ability to translate complexity into clear communication and direction.
• Experience working across regions, stakeholders, and functions in a global environment.
• A structured, proactive mindset with ownership of topics end‑to‑end.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to stay flexible and effective in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in maintaining structured, reliable, and up‑to‑date data.
• Curiosity and confidence to learn new tools and ways of working.
