IQVIA is seeking an Associate Medical Director, Nephrology in Barcelona to act as a global medical advisor across divisions, guiding medical and scientific aspects of trials and business development. You will support investigators, review protocols and reports, and provide therapeutic area training to project teams.

Key requirements include an MD with a medical license, Board Certification, 5+ years of clinical medicine and trials experience (Pharma/CRO/Biotech), Phase I/early development

Formación

• MD with a valid medical license
• Board Certification
• Minimum 5 years in clinical medicine with clinical trials
• Experience in Phase I or early development
• Fluent English with strong communication
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations

Responsabilidades

• Act as Global Medical Advisor on assigned projects and provide medical guidance
• Review protocols, CRFs, CSR and patient narratives for safety
• Provide therapeutic area training to project teams and present at Investigator Meetings
• Review Adverse Events and participate in SAE case reviews
• Support pharmacovigilance analyses and safety signal assessment
• Attend meetings and respond to urgent protocol questions
• Travel 15-20% as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical, regulatory, and competitive landscapes
