Position: Marketing Director Global

Location: Leganés, Madrid, Spain

Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Position Overview

The Marketing Director Global leads WORG Pharmaceuticals’ worldwide marketing strategy across all therapeutic areas. This role ensures strong brand positioning, successful product launches, and commercial excellence across WORG’s global affiliates. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on leadership, scientific credibility, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Global Marketing Strategy
  • Define and lead global marketing strategy aligned with WORG’s business goals.
  • Establish brand architecture, positioning, and communication standards globally.
  • Drive annual planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Portfolio & Brand Management
  • Oversee full product lifecycle and drive global brand consistency.
  • Develop value propositions and differentiation strategies.
  • Identify portfolio and pipeline opportunities with R&D and BD.
3. Market Intelligence
  • Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting.
  • Provide data‑driven insights for prioritization and investment decisions.
  • Build a global insights and analytics framework, including AI tools.
4. Medical Information
  • Ensure accurate, compliant medical information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Connect medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align scientific communication.
5. Digital & Innovation
  • Lead global digital marketing transformation and omnichannel engagement.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations for enhanced customer experience.
  • Oversee scientific content strategy, digital tools, AI solutions, and agencies.
6. Leadership
  • Build and manage a high‑performing global marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, drive performance, and develop talent.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment under OneWORG values.
7. Compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with global pharma regulations and ethical standards.
  • Align closely with R&D, BD, Legal, and Compliance functions.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business (PhD or MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in pharma / biotech marketing, including 3+ years in global / regional leadership.
  • Strong track record in launches, portfolio strategy, and cross‑border brand management.
  • Experience in Allergy, Immunology, Respiratory, or Specialty Care preferred.
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercially strong.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of pharma commercialization and compliance.
  • English and Spanish required; Mandarin a plus.
  • Strong digital and data analytics capabilities.
