EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex analytical workstreams in Europe, guiding research, data analysis, and pricing modelling for life sciences clients. You will translate evidence into clear recommendations and shape strategic narratives for our clients across markets.

You will also coordinate workstreams, review outputs, and mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants, while deepening expertise in global Market Access & Pricing and contributing to proposals and knowledge

Formación

5+ years of pharma Market Access & Pricing or management consulting experience.
Proven track record leading pharma-focused projects with structured, rigorous analyses.
Clear professional trajectory showing increasing responsibility and client value.
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, analytical tools, and adaptable to proprietary platforms.
Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Lead complex analytical workstreams, structuring questions and guiding analysis.
Translate evidence into clear client-ready recommendations and strategic storylines.
Guide project delivery and coach junior colleagues across workstreams.
Participate in client discussions and align stakeholders with analytical insights.
Develop expertise in Global Market Access & Pricing and contribute reusable knowledge assets.
