Job summary

Autoneum is seeking a maintenance engineering professional to lead corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for its plant. You will manage maintenance technicians, coordinate environmental and safety improvements, and oversee energy and spare parts management using SAP.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has SAP ERP experience, and communicates in English at least at B1 level. Join a multinational team in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a similar position desirable.
• MS Office proficiency.
• SAP ERP management experience.
• English spoken and written at B1 level.
• Interpersonal skills: communication, empathy, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of the plant.
• Management of technical maintenance technicians: Internal and external.
• Communicate to the Environmental Coordinator any change in their area of responsibility that may entail a modification of the environmental aspects identified (review of the environmental aspects identification sheets).
• Management of purchases by the Maintenance Department.
• Organization and follow-up of improvements made in plant, safety, environmental and functional aspects.
• Management of cleaning and safety services.
• Control and management of warehouse and spare parts.
• Supervision, management of planning and management of spare parts in SAP.
• Responsible for the first intervention team.
