Accor Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is seeking a Luxury Reservation Consultant to handle inbound booking calls for luxury hotels worldwide. You will use your sales skills to offer knowledgeable recommendations, reserve rooms and suites, and engage guests through authentic conversations to drive bookings.

The role emphasizes understanding guest needs, providing tailored solutions, and contributing to revenue targets within a diverse, international team.

Formación

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism.
• German native or proficiency; English fluent (C1-C2).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new software.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willing to work 20–25 hours/week in Barcelona starting July 2026.
