Element Logic is seeking a Director of Solution Design & Engineering (m/f/d) to lead pre-sales, consultancy, solution design and detailed project planning across a global intralogistics footprint.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team of 30+, shape strategy, ensure high quality and scalability of warehouse automation solutions, and drive international growth with standardized practices and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• Visionary leader able to set direction and inspire teams.
• Holistic thinker with overview of project development cycle.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on customer value.
• Ability to influence high-level stakeholders and align global teams.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; management-level presentation skills.

• Lead pre-sales, consultancy, solution design and detailed planning teams.
