As Manager Solution Design (d/f/m), you will lead a team of Solution Designers, shape our solution portfolio, and turn customer needs into innovative, value-driven solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solution design, digital transformation, or a comparable role.
• 2 years of experience in leading teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the strategy and future portfolio of 4flow Solutions by identifying market opportunities and customer needs.
• Lead and develop a team of Solution Designers who design solutions combining technology, processes, and logistics expertise.
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear solution concepts and guide technical teams in bringing them to life.
• Drive the development and implementation of digital solutions, including the use of AI and emerging technologies where they create real value.
• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, software teams, and internal experts to create impactful solutions.
• Define success metrics and continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback and business impact.
