Hempel is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Global Logistics to shape and enhance our global logistics capabilities. You will lead strategic initiatives across the freight network, drive automation and digitalization, and partner with Procurement, Digital, Customer Care and regional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

The role focuses on cross-regional freight booking, customer visibility, cost optimization and KPI-driven delivery, with opportunities to influence best practices

Responsabilidades

• Lead the streamlining of freight booking processes across regions.
• Drive automation of the freight booking process through digital solutions.
• Improve customer connectivity and enable customers to track their shipments.
• Establish a clear and efficient invoice validation process.
• Create end-to-end tracking of lead times and fulfilment performance for customers.
• Identify, track and deliver freight savings opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from Procurement, Digital, Customer Care and Business Process teams.
• Engage freight vendors and ensure project requirements are understood and incorporated.
• Manage project scope across all regions while keeping warehouse vendors out of scope.
• Define detailed project KPIs, monitor progress and provide clear status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify process, resource, cost and customer-service risks and coordinate mitigation actions.
