A multinational automotive company in Spain is searching for a finance manager to lead compliance and manage the local finance team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience in multinational companies. Knowledge of local financial standards and IFRS is essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred along with experience in the automotive industry.

Formación

• At least 5 years working experience preferably in Multinational Companies or Big 4 experience.
• Good knowledge of Local financial standards and IFRS is a must.
• Proficient in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the local compliance implement for Local entity and report any risks.
• Manage local finance team and train local finance staff.
• Oversee accounting daily operations and communication of issues to management.
• Execute month end and year end closing activities to ensure compliance.
• Assist the development of financial and accounting system.
