Ogury is seeking a Learning Intern for a 12-month program in Barcelona. You will coordinate global trainings, support learning initiatives, and help develop AI-enabled content for a diverse workforce.

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global company committed to innovative learning practices. You will collaborate with senior teams, leverage AI tools, and gain exposure to analytics, platform management, and cross-functional communication.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Curious about how AI transforms workplace learning.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global trainings and manage logistics.
• Support and promote L&D initiatives across channels.
• Assist with AI-enabled learning content creation.
• Maintain and administer the Learning Experience Platform (Sana Labs).
• Analyze training data and build dashboards for stakeholders.
