Ogury, a global adtech company, seeks a Learning Intern for a 12‑month contract in Barcelona to coordinate and promote global learning initiatives for our international workforce. You will work on AI-enabled learning using Gemini and Claude, manage the Learning Experience Platform (Sana Labs), coordinate trainings, and create engaging materials and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the global learning calendar, ensuring awareness and collaboration with key teams.
• Provide end‑to‑end logistical support for training on the Learning Experience Platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for registrants on schedules, rescheduling, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with external training vendors, including processing payments and setting up successful sessions.
• Use AI tools (Gemini and Claude) to accelerate content creation, drafting and summarizing materials, generating knowledge checks.
• Champion responsible AI use by sharing best practices, tips, and prompts with Ogurians.
• Keep up with emerging AI learning tools and platforms, and pilot new ideas under guidance.
• Administer the Sana Labs Learning Experience Platform: update content, manage enrollments, and provide first-line support.
• Create new e-learning modules and learning paths with guidance and AI assistance where helpful.
• Promote learning initiatives across channels and develop engaging materials such as video reels.
• Run surveys, analyze data, and surface insights for improvement.
• Build dashboards for senior stakeholders and contribute to training needs analysis.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Intern for a 12‑month contract in Barcelona, reporting to the Senior Learning Lead. The role coordinates, supports, and promotes global learning and development initiatives for our international workforce.

What You Will Be Doing

Training Coordination and Logistics

• Maintain and update the global learning calendar, ensuring awareness and collaboration with key teams.
• Provide end‑to‑end logistical support for training on the Learning Experience Platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for registrants on schedules, rescheduling, and technical issues.
• Coordinate with external training vendors, including processing payments and setting up successful sessions.

AI‑Enabled Learning & Adoption

• Use AI tools (Gemini and Claude) to accelerate content creation, drafting and summarizing materials, generating knowledge checks, and producing first‑draft content for review.
• Champion responsible AI use by sharing best practices, tips, and prompts with Ogurians.
• Keep up with emerging AI learning tools and platforms, and pilot new ideas under guidance.

Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Management (Sana Labs)

• Administer the platform: update and review training content with consistent naming conventions, folder structures, and categorization.
• Manage user enrollments and track completion rates.
• Provide first‑line support for employees experiencing platform issues.
• Create new e‑learning modules and learning paths with guidance and AI assistance where helpful.

Marketing and Analytics

• Promote learning initiatives across communication channels and create engaging materials such as video reels and visuals.
• Run post‑training and program evaluation surveys, analyze data, and surface insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards for senior stakeholders and contribute to training needs analysis.

What You Will Bring to Ogury

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English (required).
• AI & L&D Passion: Curious about how AI transforms workplace learning and eager to experiment with Gemini or Claude.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Organization: Highly detail‑oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Mindset: Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently and with a global team.
• Tech & Experience: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LMS platforms or prior HR/admin coordination is a plus.
