Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Learning Delivery Quality Lead to design and deliver onboarding, role-readiness, and capability development programs for Clinical Operations staff worldwide. The role partners with operational leaders, quality teams, HR, and clients to ensure training is compliant, effective, and prepared to support global clinical research activities; experience with CRA/CTAs is preferred.

Expertise in LMS, GCP/SOP compliance, and analytics to monitor training effectiveness and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in Learning & Development or Training within clinical research.
• Experience training CRAs, CPMs, or Clinical Line Managers is essential.
• 7–10 years total professional experience; CRA background preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments (ICH-GCP, SOPs) required.
• Experience with LMS and training compliance tracking in pharma/CRO environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate sponsor Ways of Working training programs.
• Lead onboarding and role-readiness programs for Clinical Operations staff.
• Coordinate study-specific, process, systems, and compliance training with stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance role-based training curricula for CRAs, CTAs, Study Managers, and direct managers.
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability gaps.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training workshops.
• Monitor training compliance and competency metrics.
• Support workforce capability development with HR, Quality, and operational leads.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with inspection readiness through accurate training documentation.
• Develop and deploy soft skills training with internal/external stakeholders.
• Deliver sponsor Ways of Working training to new hires and existing team members.
