Nordex Group is seeking a Global Lean Specialist to drive operational performance, transformation, and capability building in blade manufacturing. The role requires leading the Lean Transformation Roadmap and embedding Lean across daily operations.

You will guide cross-functional improvement programs, facilitate Kaizen events, and develop Lean capabilities while coaching leaders to sustain a high-performance culture. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in blade manufacturing or related industry with supply chain processes and quality management systems.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience leading Kaizens (operational & transactional), Continuous improvement and 3P workshops.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• C1 Spoken and Written English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Lean Transformation Roadmap: align Lean initiatives with business objectives.
• Implement and Sustain the Production System: embed Lean in daily operations, not just isolated projects.
• Lead Cross-Functional Continuous Improvement Programs: identify opportunities, lead Kaizen events, drive productivity gains, manage multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Drive Structured Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: eliminate root causes to sustain performance.
• Develop Lean Capabilities and Coach Leaders: create a self-sustaining Lean culture.
