Allianz Technology seeks an experienced leader to head Global IT CPI Governance for Change, Problem and Incident management. You will set standards, own the framework, controls and KPIs, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the Allianz Group.

You will translate CPI data into actionable insights for senior leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and steering the operating model for governance, including upskilling and new capabilities like AI and Power BI.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading IT service management and governance in large multi-country environments.
• Strong ITIL process expertise across Change, Problem and Incident.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop the global CPI governance function across regions.
• Own end-to-end design of global CPI processes, ensuring standards and KPIs; drive continuous improvement.
• Embed AI-enabled governance with intelligent automation and BI reporting to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure regulatory and audit compliance (e.g. DORA) and act as accountable process owner in audits.
• Govern continuous improvement by reviewing process execution and performance.
• Translate CPI data into insights for senior leadership and service owners; manage reporting.
• Communicate changes to governance and steer target operating model, including upskilling and new capabilities.
