Destinus SA is seeking an IT Asset Manager to own the complete lifecycle of hardware, software licences, and SaaS assets across multiple international entities. You will maintain a single source of truth and drive licence optimisation.

Working with the Head of IT and cross‑functional teams, you will implement ISO 9001/27001 compliant asset governance, run audits, and produce KPI dashboards to support growth of our aerospace technology operation.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT Asset Management or similar in international settings.
• Experience with ITAM platforms (Snipe-IT, ServiceNow SAM, Lansweeper or Freshservice).
• Strong understanding of hardware/software lifecycle and license management.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 asset requirements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle of hardware, software licenses, and SaaS assets across entities.
• Evaluate and migrate ITAM platforms to meet future needs.
• Maintain global hardware asset register and align with MDM/IDM.
• Manage licenses, SaaS subscriptions, cloud entitlements, and catalog.
• Plan and execute audits with detailed reports and evidence.
• Deliver audit-ready documentation for ISO certifications.
• Maintain renewal schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Produce KPI dashboards on inventory, utilization, and compliance.
