Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented IP lawyer to grow with a minimal-hierarchy, fast-moving team. You will shape our IP strategy, harvest inventions, and drive portfolio decisions across jurisdictions while coordinating disputes and enforcement with outside counsel.

You will draft agreements, validate terms, and build scalable tools to support rapid growth. English proficiency and post-law-degree experience are essential for this challenging role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shape our intellectual property strategy and implement scalable processes.
• Manage IP portfolio incl. trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and designs across jurisdictions.
• Run IP disputes and enforcement with external counsel coordination.
• Draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements with risk-aware judgment.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows for the business.
• Monitor regulatory developments to unlock value for the company.
