ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Global Internet Access Team. You will help deliver secure, reliable internet proxy and remote access services for ING employees worldwide.

You will work in an Agile, international team, collaborating with product managers and squ ad colleagues to maintain high availability and security. Strong English and CCNA/CCNP level networking are required, with scripting skills a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with network technologies.
• Experience with proxies, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers and SSE technologies.
• Experience with Check Point, Skyhigh, Palo Alto, F5 or Netskope.
• Strong networking knowledge, CCNA/CCNP level.

Responsabilidades

• Positively contribute to the stability, security and continuous improvement of ING's global internet access services.
• Co-create secure and scalable network solutions with engineers, product managers and infra teams.
• Ensure reliable operation through monitoring, maintenance and proactive problem-solving.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex network incidents and requests.
• Participate in lifecycle management, incident resolution and service monitoring.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and network transformation initiatives.
• Support security processes and risk management activities, including patches and remediation.
• Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
