Job summary

Our client seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead finance and operational audits and advise stakeholders across the business. You will support IFRS/IIA compliance, develop audit plans, and guide SAP and financial process improvements in a global context.

The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, SAP experience, and 30–40% travel. A CPA/ACCA/ACA/CIA/CFE or equivalent certification is preferred, with a finance or accounting degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in external audit or internal audit within finance and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business; professional certifications preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, IIA, ICFR, and SAP; English business communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver finance and operational audit activities under IFRS/IIA.
• Develop bespoke audit engagement plans with Head of Audit and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk and control assessments across finance, operations, SAP.
• Act as the IFRS finance expert within Internal Audit and liaise with global process owners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize SAP/financial accounting and processes; support improvements.
