ROADIS is seeking an Internal Audit Manager for its Madrid headquarters. The role reports to the Chief Audit Executive and offers opportunities to work across geographies and business units, leading audit engagements and enhancing governance practices.

The candidate will develop methodologies, manage risk assessments, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen controls and processes in a multinational infrastructure environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CISA are highly valued.
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in internal audit.
• Experience in reporting to senior management.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Lead end-to-end audit engagements from planning to remediation.
• Prepare reports and present findings to Management and the Audit Committee.
• Coordinate risk mapping and governance improvements.
• Support insurance and risk-related due diligence when needed.
