Job summary

Fadata is seeking a Project Manager to lead INSIS implementations for clients worldwide. You will manage end-to-end projects, controlling plans, budgets and margins, while guiding cross-functional teams of consultants, developers and partners to successful go-lives.

You will apply waterfall, agile or hybrid methods, handle governance and support presales with realistic deliverables. Travel to client sites is required in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing IT or software implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of project methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid) and project governance.
• Experience managing project budgets, effort and margin.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more implementation projects end to end – from Initiation to go-live and handover to Support
• Own the plan, budget and margin of your projects, and deliver them on time, on budget and to the agreed quality
• Manage scope and change requests, risks, issues and dependencies
• Run project governance with clients and partners: steering committees, status reporting, escalations
• Lead cross-functional teams of business consultants, developers and partners
• Help presales make sure what we sell is realistic and deliverable
• Apply our implementation methodology pragmatically, adapting it to each project
