AXA is seeking an Information Security Lead Expert to drive the end-to-end security strategy across the Group. Reporting to the Information Security Executive Manager, you will oversee the Group Information Security team, govern security standards, and provide advisory support to business leaders.

You will act as deputy to the Executive Manager, manage budgets and people, embed security by design, coordinate crises, and influence the group-wide security program while engaging with CEOs and CIOs

Formación

• Extensive experience in information security governance.
• Experience managing a team and budgets.
• Experience in a global, multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent in English.

• Oversee day-to-day Information Security activities across the group.
• Define and maintain information security policies and standards.
• Coordinate incident and crisis response with Group teams.
