AXA Group Operations is seeking an experienced Security Operations professional to build on and continuously improve SOC analytics and SIEM content. The role involves mentoring First Level Security Analysts, performing professional data analysis, and supporting intrusion detection and incident response across the organization.

• Bachelor-level degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or equivalent experience
• MSc in Information Security is desirable but not essential
• Certifications such as CISSP or GCFA/GNFA are a plus but not mandatory
• 3-5 years in a security operations or incident response role
• Experience in security analysis and SIEM content development >3 years
• Experience in a global organization >3 years

Responsabilidades

• Build on and continuously improve SOC analytics
• Ensure effective operation of SIEM content (filters, rules, expressions, ...) used within the SOC
• Mentor and guide the First Level Security Analysts
• Provide professional data analysis within the SOC processes and to SOC customers
• Perform and maintain SOC-related analytical processes and tasks
• Work closely with other Information Security teams to ensure effective intrusion detection and incident response
• Handle high severity incidents autonomously during on-call hours
• Communicate and report to SOC stakeholders and customers
• Maintain and improve technical capabilities through training and certifications

Your Responsibilities Include

Expected Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or adequate experience if a degree from unrelated field
• An MSc Information Security would be desirable but is not essential
• SEC555 (GCDA) or FOR572 (GNFA) or FOR508 (GCFA) or CISSP is a plus but not mandatory
• 3-5 years of experience in a security operations or incident response role
• Experience in information security domain > 3 years
• Experience in security analysis and SIEM content development > 3 years
• Work experience in a global organization > 3 years

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in security monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, Google SecOps)
• Knowledge of network technologies, Windows and Unix administration
• Knowledge of typical security devices such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, AV and End Point security, Web Application Firewalls, antispam systems, event correlation systems, etc.
• Understanding of security threats, attack scenarios; analysis and intrusion detection skills
• Hands-on experience with network security, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts and tools

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills (out-of-the-box thinking)
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to interpret and present security-related information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
