Job summary

Gea Group is seeking an Indirect Procurement Intern in Spain to support global procurement operations across a broad set of categories. You will work with cross-functional teams to assist in contract management, spend analysis, and supplier onboarding.

In this hands-on role you will gain exposure to procurement tools and processes, develop analytical and communication skills, and collaborate with experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and eligible to undertake an internship.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support credit card processes, contract management, and procurement systems.
• Assist with ESG reporting, compliance tracking, and legal coordination.
• Help manage tenders, supplier onboarding, and database management.
• Conduct supplier and market research, spend analysis, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; support contract renewals.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and presentations.
• Contribute to various procurement projects and ad-hoc tasks.
