Axon Partners Group is seeking Senior Strategy Consultants to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects within the ICT sector, collaborating with a globally distributed team and frequent international travel.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in strategy consulting, English fluency, and a degree in engineering, math, economics, or business. Hybrid work, competitive pay, and global exposure are offered.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy/management/business consulting.
• Fluency in English (C1) required.
• Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and/or reside there for periods with expenses covered.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and deliver diverse consulting projects in technology and telecom sectors.
• Identify key challenges and propose structured, actionable recommendations.
• Present strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams.
• Support senior team members in business development and proposal writing.
