Axon Partners Group is seeking Senior Strategy Consultants to join the Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high‑impact, international projects in ICT, collaborating with a global team and engaging with clients across sectors.

We expect 3–5 years in strategy consulting, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel, with a hybrid working model and competitive benefits in Spain.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics with GPA above 3.0; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy/management/business consulting.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and/or reside there for certain periods, with accommodation covered by the company.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1); proficiency in Spanish or Gulf Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
• Identifying key challenges and proposing structured, actionable recommendations.
• Presenting strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams.
• Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing.
