Axon Partners Group seeks Senior Strategy Consultants to join the Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy projects, primarily within ICT, with clients across technology and public sectors.

We require 3–5 years in strategy/management consulting, a STEM/Business degree with GPA >3.0, English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally, including potential Saudi assignments. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy/management consulting.
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics with GPA above 3.0.
• Fluency in English (C1); Spanish or Gulf Arabic a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally; Saudi Arabia travel/residence possible.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and deliver diverse consulting projects in technology and telecom sectors.
• Identify challenges and propose structured, actionable recommendations.
• Present strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; collaborate with multicultural teams.
• Support senior team members in business development and proposals.
