FairWind is seeking an HSE Coordinator to coordinate, supervise and support all Health & Safety and Environment activities within the MED Region. The role combines office-based work with regular travel to wind farms and projects.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in a related field, at least 3 years of HSE coordination experience (preferably in renewables), and strong English skills. Willingness to travel and work across multiple projects is essential.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field (occupational risk prevention, engineering, energy, construction).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the MED Region to support projects and audits.
• Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating HSE across multiple projects, preferably in renewables.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide technical support to HSE Officers and assigned projects.
• Prepare and coordinate project HSE documentation, including HSE Plans and RAMS.
• Act as HSE focal point for assigned projects and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE onboarding, inductions, training and awareness sessions.
• Conduct and support internal, customer, supplier and subcontractor HSE audits and inspections.
