The role involves conducting safety trainings, managing QHSE documentation, and coordinating with client representatives. Formación

What will your mission be?

Your mission will be to ensure safety and compliance ON THE WIND FARM. You will deliver safety trainings, promote preventive behaviors, and prepare operational procedures for technicians. You'll manage QHSE documentation, monitor safety records, and work closely with customer representatives and FairWind technicians to address safety-related matters

This position is perfect for individuals who are open to working in various locations, including internationally.

You responsabilities will be:

A. Implement health and safety regulations for projects:

• Provide Site Inductions for personnel and subcontractors
• Participate and conduct in briefing meetings (TBT meetings)
• Coordinate inspections (safety walks) on site and carry out safety trainings
• Arrange and participate in safety meetings on site
• Prepare Instructions and Operational Procedures, safety reports, health and safety plans, Risk Assessment, additional WMS
• Review, monitor and register of safety records and checklists.
• Detect, analyze, and eliminate potential causes of HSE nonconformities on site.
• Promote and implement safety and environmental rules on site internal, client rules and connected with project specific
• Prepare reports connected with HSE processes
• Cooperate with client and other companies on-site regards HSE issues on-site.
