Overview

Global HR Service Delivery (UKG PROGRAM) A multinational company located in the Vallès Occidental region is seeking an experienced project manager to lead the global implementation of UKG HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including People Assist, Document Manager, and Smart Document Generation. The role will involve coordinating implementation across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with various HR requirements, and delivering a consistent, first-class experience for employees. Reporting line: this position will report to the HR Director.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a global HRSD implementation project across multiple regions and countries within HR.
  • Oversee project planning, scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and HR budget management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between global internal stakeholders, regional HR teams, and UKG partners in other countries.
  • Ensure effective change management, global adoption strategies, and HR department training.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to executive management, in terms of HR.
  • Coordinate integration activities with other HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors and its internal programme).
Minimum requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in project management (minimum 5 years), with a track record in global HR programme implementations.
  • Practical experience with UKG HR Service Delivery (HRSD), specifically with People Assist, Document Manager and Smart Document Generation.
  • Strong management and communication skills with stakeholders, with the ability to thrive in multicultural and international environments.
  • Ability to manage complex HR projects in multiple countries.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages, such as French, German or Spanish, would be an advantage).
Desirable requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in HR departments at a global and international level.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or other leading human capital management (HCM) platforms.
  • Experience working in global or matrix organisations.
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week (flexible).
  • Remote working: hybrid working model (2 days in the office, but flexible, could be 1 day or depending on the profile and location).
  • Workplace location (accessible by public transport): Vallès Occidental.
  • Salary: €50-65,000.
