Job summary

IFCO SYSTEMS Espana Srl in Valencia, Spain, seeks a senior technology leader to own OCC/O2C technology and data architecture. You will lead a two-person team to modernise the Order-to-Cash process, partner with Digital/IT on Databricks, and deliver scalable analytics and automation that improve service, cash flow and cost across 29 countries.

You will drive an analytics roadmap, IoT data integration, governance and change adoption, while collaborating with senior stakeholders across Finance,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems or related.
• Extensive experience in operations technology, analytics leadership, or supply chain digital transformation with measurable impact.
• Proven success leading global or multi-regional O2C, OCC or fulfilment transformation programmes and operationalising analytics for business impact.
• Hands-on Databricks data/analytics governance; knowledge of dbt, CI/CD and BI tools is a plus.
• Experience in architecture, integration, automation, DevOps/MLOps and cloud or Databricks certifications is desirable.
• Track record in governance frameworks, change leadership and delivering benefits.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global OCC/O2C technology landscape and data architecture.
• Deliver automation, integration and tooling with measurable EBITDA impact.
• Drive the roadmap for OCC/O2C analytics products on Databricks.
• Guide IoT data integration into OCC/O2C monitoring for insights.
• Establish global data, platform and engineering standards.
• Lead change and adoption of new tools, data products and reporting.
• Engage with service centres, 3PLs, customers and Finance on standards and SLAs.
• Govern the technology initiative portfolio and report benefits.
