A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Global Engineering to oversee engineering projects and initiatives across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have 15 years of API and Pharma engineering experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams. This is a full-time role with a focus on driving engineering excellence and digital transformation across the organization.

Formación

• 15 years of experience in API / Pharma engineering.
• Proven experience managing multi-country engineering operations.
• Strong exposure to global engineering governance, process safety and CapEx.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership to the Global Engineering Function overseeing all Engineering Projects & Maintenance programs.
• Lead global Process Safety governance ensuring compliance and implementation of best practices.
• Drive the OT and digital transformation agenda enabling modernization and automation.
