GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Commodity Site Leader for Generators to direct sourcing strategy across the global generator supply chain.

You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost/productivity improvements with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, QA, and logistics to optimize lead times, quality, and localization while ensuring favorable terms and strong supplier performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Sourcing or Engineering
• Visa sponsorship not available for this position

Responsabilidades

• Lead global generator supply chain sourcing strategy to drive cost productivity and manage supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts and supply agreements; manage vendor recovery and payment terms
• Drive cost, lead time, and defect reduction through contracts, long-term supplier agreements, and capacity audits
• Develop technical and market expertise to identify opportunities and improvements in global commodity areas
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma driven process improvements; collaborate with SQE, engineering, and sourcing teams
• Support localization, logistics planning, and on-time delivery performance with suppliers
