Kings League is seeking an FP&A Manager to bolster financial planning, reporting and performance management across the organization. The role coordinates key FP&A activities, analyzes performance and provides reliable financial insights for decision‑making.

The FP&A Manager will collaborate with the Finance team, business stakeholders and local teams across markets to ensure timely, accurate financial information in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial reporting or similar.
• Experience in external audit is strongly preferred.
• Experience in multinational environments across markets or entities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Analytical, proactive, and communicative with finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly FP&A close across entities and markets.
• Review P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow; investigate variances.
• Prepare consolidated monthly management reporting with commentary.
• Maintain dashboards and provide ad-hoc analysis for decisions.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; support cost control.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
