AMFRESH Group is seeking a senior finance professional to join the Corporate Finance team as a partner to the CFO. You will analyse performance across countries, prepare Board and shareholder materials and drive value through performance management and business partnering.

The role combines financial reporting, planning and executive reporting, with exposure to strategic initiatives and interaction with senior leadership. Requires 6–8 years in FP&A or related fields and fluency in English.

Formación

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance or business controlling.
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and board reporting.
• Proven ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills; experience with BI/reporting tools valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the Group's management reporting framework across countries.
• Deliver decision-oriented analyses on revenue, margins, cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare materials for Executive Committee, Board, shareholders and lenders.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning processes.
• Drive automation, dashboards, data quality and governance in FP&A processes.
