Jobgether is partnering to fill a Group Financial Controller position based in Spain. This senior finance leadership role spans global operations, ensuring financial integrity, robust governance, and scalable accounting and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead the control environment, drive process improvements, and mentor the accounting team, while partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions with accurate financial data.

Formación

• Extensive experience in senior accounting or financial control roles.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with strong academic foundations.
• Deep expertise in IFRS and multi-entity reporting.
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite) and advanced Excel/data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end financial control across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, including statutory accounts and management reporting.
• Design, implement, and improve financial policies, controls, and governance for global operations.
• Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, journal reviews, and close processes.
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors.
• Drive improvements in finance systems and data quality, including automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Ensure IFRS compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
