Duracell seeks a Global Analytics Analyst/Advisor to partner with Finance and GBS, delivering end-to-end BI and analytics solutions. You will design dashboards, semantic models, and data pipelines, while leveraging AI-assisted analytics to accelerate value and decision making.

This role requires hands-on delivery, strategic data thinking, and collaboration with Enterprise BI/Data & AI teams. You will work remotely from Spain with options to visit the Barcelona office and travel to the US for

Formación

• 2+ years in BI, reporting, data design and support for Finance or shared services.
• Hands-on with MS Fabric beyond Power BI and strong SQL/ETL skills.
• Experience with SAP data, actuals, budgets, glidepaths is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish not required.
• Autonomous, proactive and eager to apply AI-enabled analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Be the analytics partner for Finance and GBS, building trusted relationships.
• Design, develop, and support dashboards, semantic models, and self-service datasets.
• Translate requirements into analytics products aligned with data strategy.
• Build data pipelines and curated datasets across SAP, POS, market data.
• Establish AI-ready data standards and enable AI/ML workloads.
• Lead analytics backlog and measure value delivered to customers.
