Empresa Confidencial in Madrid seeks a seasoned engineering leader to oversee international EPC projects, shaping priorities and delivering capital projects aligned with business goals.

You will partner with the Management Committee, drive CAPEX planning, lead multicultural teams, and influence strategic decisions through strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience leading engineering and EPC projects in industrial, mining, or related environments.
• Proven track record delivering complex international projects and leading multicultural teams.
• Strong experience in CAPEX planning, investment management, and project governance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic business decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Availability for international travel.
