Nordex Group is seeking a Project Quality Manager in Madrid to lead the Quality Management area, ensuring that customer specifications are met from contract signing to project handover. The role involves managing the PQM Team and implementing feedback for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles. Strong negotiation, communication skills, and a high level of English are compulsory.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading quality teams in project execution.
• Experience with 8D and other quality practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PQM Team ensuring quality management.
• Manage project quality execution and documentation.
