Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Digital Business Director to shape and drive the strategic and operational vision of a global media workstream. This senior, hands-on role demands a strong digital and performance media background and the ability to translate strategy into scalable solutions across Europe, the US and Latin America.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage cross-market initiatives, and help markets adopt new operating models while navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in digital/media agencies with multinational accounts.
• Strong performance media and multi-channel experience.
• Business-focused with senior client leadership experience.
• Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English; willing to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: translate global priorities into actionable plans and operating models for key markets.
• Digital Transformation & Innovation: drive cross-market transformation spanning AdTech, MarTech, media tech, taxonomies, performance and centralised buying models.
• Global Stakeholder Management: align central teams, global delivery hubs and local markets across regions.
• Operational Excellence: identify gaps and friction points in workflows and tech integrations; implement scalable solutions.
• Strategic Project Leadership: represent senior leadership in global working groups and partnerships with major tech and media brands.
• Business & Client Leadership: act as senior point of contact for complex business discussions and client relationships.
• Global Collaboration: work across cultures and markets, stepping in to lead when needed.
