Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, pursuing digital transformation across its Taste Business Unit. This Lead Digital Project Manager role can be based in Barcelona, Spain, with flexibility for hybrid/remote work depending on hire country, and involves leading large-scale programs across sites and functions worldwide.

You will oversee end-to-end digital initiatives, manage complex timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Strong project management expertise with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and translate them into quantified improvement potential through data-driven insights.
Develop and implement transformative digital & OT programs with clear impact quantification and deployment strategies.
Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, functions, and business units globally.
Coordinate large multi-functional teams including data engineers and data scientists in a complex environment.
Ensure successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Champion digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
