As the Global Digital Learning Innovation Partner within the Global Training Alliance, your role is centered on leveraging cutting‑edge digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) to design and manage online learning journeys that are engaging, effective, and aligned with business needs. Unlike traditional training roles, this position focuses on facilitating and coordinating learning delivered through digital means, and where required, supported by local in‑field experts, enabling them through expertly curated digital materials and seamless session coordination. You will act as a digital learning architect and enabler, driving the organization’s transformation toward a modern, technology‑empowered learning culture.
Digital Learning Journey Design: Collaborate with business teams and subject matter experts to develop compelling, accessible, and scalable online learning experiences using AI‑driven tools and platforms that personalize learner pathways and optimize engagement. Strive for continuous improvement to the offerings, constantly seeking ways to improve learning outcomes aligned to strategy.
Session Coordination and Enablement: Ensure learning opportunities are readily available for all markets and individuals, in local language. Where aligned to business needs, organize and coordinate training sessions led by local field experts, ensuring timely availability of high‑quality, approved digital learning materials and resources that empower expert‑led delivery.
Technology Integration: Lead the integration and deployment of innovative digital learning technologies, including AI‑enabled platforms, virtual classrooms, interactive content, and automation tools that improve learner experience and operational efficiency.
Vendor and Platform Management: Partner with external digital learning vendors and internal technology teams to ensure platforms remain cutting‑edge, user‑friendly, and compliant with global standards.
Data‑Driven Insights: Utilize AI‑powered analytics tools to monitor learning journeys, evaluate effectiveness, identify engagement trends, and recommend continuous content and process enhancements.
Content Lifecycle Management: Implement automated systems supported by AI and natural language processing (NLP) to track content updates, approvals, expirations, and version controls proactively.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including local field experts, medical, commercial, and compliance to align digital learning initiatives with strategic business objectives and drive efficiency with an enterprise mindset.
Digital Capability Development: Act as a change agent by promoting digital literacy and encouraging adoption of AI‑enhanced learning tools across the organization. Demonstrate personal curiosity and expertise in expanding AI technology.
Quality Assurance: Develop and uphold strict quality and accessibility standards for digital learning resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Communication Facilitation: Design data‑driven communication approaches to promote digital learning uptake and awareness.
Innovative Feedback Systems: Implement AI‑enabled learner feedback and sentiment analysis platforms to gather real‑time insights and fuel continuous improvement.
Training Uptake Strategy: Leverage predictive analytics to drive participation and completion of digital learning modules in alignment with business priorities.
