Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead International Integrated Design Services and International Change Management across EU, LATAM, AMET and APAC.

You will manage Design Managers, Module Designers, and Change Management professionals to deliver end-to-end operational design and change execution for Amazon's fulfilment network. You will set the multi-year strategy for design standardisation, BIM automation, modular building configuration, and change management across

Formación

• Fluent in English (C1) or above
• Experience leading engineering design projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience with global cross-functional teams
• Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive change
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Experience delivering strategic plans that improve efficiency (10%+ YoY)
• Experience building scalable processes for operational excellence
• Experience with BIM/CAD or engineering design at scale
• Experience leading large-scale transformation and technology adoption

Responsabilidades
