We are looking for a Global Demand Planning Forecast Analyst to join our Demand Planning organization based in Sant Joan Despí, Spain. As part of our global planning community, you will play an important role in driving forecasting excellence by monitoring forecast performance, analyzing demand trends, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Demand Planners and key business stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen planning capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Reporting to the Global Forecast Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring forecast performance, validating forecast outputs, and providing analytical insights that support business decisions. You will help identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and contribute to the continuous development of forecasting capabilities across markets and regions.

This role is based in Sant Joan Despí, Spain, and is part of Essity's Global Demand Planning organization. This position will report directly to the Global Forecast Analyst Manager. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple regions and functions to strengthen forecast accuracy, improve planning performance, and support business growth through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
