Allianz Technology is seeking a Security, Vulnerability & Compliance Manager to drive enterprise-wide security, resilience, and governance coordination across CTO2 regions and Operating Entities. The role focuses on vulnerability lifecycle management, compliance tracking, and executive risk reporting to support informed decision-making.

Formación

• 3+ years of IT governance, security governance, risk management or operational resilience.
• Experience coordinating enterprise compliance or remediation programmes.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel and Power BI.
• Experience operating across international and matrix organisations and governance forums.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate enterprise-wide Security & Resilience initiatives across CTO2 regions and Operating Entities, organizing governance forums and executive reporting.
• Govern Allianz Risk Shield (ARS) programme execution, tracking compliance progress and remediation actions.
• Oversee end-to-end vulnerability remediation lifecycle and KPI reporting across multiple entities.
• Drive CMDB remediation and data-quality governance across infrastructure and applications.
• Manage IAM governance and coordinate with Third Party Risk Management and secure coding governance.
• Develop executive reporting packs, dashboards and governance materials for SteerCo and leadership.
